HOLA:

HACE MÁS DE 5 MESES QUE ME ENCUENTRO PAGANDO LAS MENSUALIDADES DE UN AUTO DEL CUAL SOY AVAL, PERO EL TITULAR YA NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE, Y YA NO SE QUE HACER, SIEMPRE ME DICE QUE YA VA A PAGAR Y NO LO HACE, ENTONCES LA FINANCIERA ME LLAMA POR LOS ATRASOS, LOS CUALES TERMINO CUBRIENDO ¿LE PUEDO QUITAR EL AUTO? O ¿QUE PUEDO HACER?
